Please review these terms carefully before registering, advertising, or earning commissions through Submit Ads 4 Free.

By registering for Submit Ads 4 Free you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Submit Ads 4 Free, you may only register for one Submit Ads 4 Free account.

You may not promote Submit Ads 4 Free in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Submit Ads 4 Free in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Submit Ads 4 Free account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Submit Ads 4 Free. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL and any content it contains. Submit Ads 4 Free is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

Before submitting a URL to Submit Ads 4 Free, please read these rules carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. Violating these rules may result in removal of the site, loss of assigned credits, or closure of your Submit Ads 4 Free account.

âś“ Clean Surf Requirement: No sites with illegal activity.
No sites considered autosurf traffic, including services such as 10KHits, Websyndic, and similar services. You may promote splash pages for these services, but not direct co-op links.
No frame-breaking sites.
No viruses, trojans, spyware, malicious downloads, or harmful software.
No adult content.
Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners contained within the rotation comply with these terms.
⚠ Restricted: No HYIPs or “investment autosurfs.” These programs may violate financial or securities laws in many jurisdictions.
âš  Not Allowed: No paid-to-watch-video sites.
No scam sites, fly-by-night revenue share programs, deceptive matrix programs, or offers that appear misleading or fraudulent. Submit Ads 4 Free does not support scams.
Submit Ads 4 Free reserves the right to suspend or delete any member account found to be violating our clean surf policy.
Submit Ads 4 Free reserves the right to delete any site that is inappropriate, questionable, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable for the network.
No excessive flashing, aggressive animation, or other visual effects that may disrupt the surfing experience.
Submit Ads 4 Free also reserves the right to suspend or delete any site, advertisement, or member account that it believes may offend other members, degrade the reputation of the service, create security concerns, or disrupt normal surfing.

Commission Payments

Commission payments will not be made in cryptocurrency, including BTC, LTC, or similar digital currencies.
Commission payments will not be made to members who do not have a Gravatar image set for their account. Set Your Image Here
Commission payments will not be made to any wallet, payment account, or bank account that you do not personally own. The name on the receiving account must match the name registered with Submit Ads 4 Free. No exceptions. Members who violate this policy may lose unpaid commissions and have their accounts closed.
U.S. Tax Reporting: If you are a United States taxpayer and your reportable commission payments reach the applicable IRS reporting threshold, we may require a completed Form W-9 before additional payments are issued. Non-U.S. members may be asked to provide an applicable Form W-8 or other required tax documentation.
Continued use of Submit Ads 4 Free constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future updates to them.
