Guide measurement and your privacy

We use first-party guide measurement to understand which articles help visitors create an account and start advertising. A random identifier in the sa4f_guide cookie lasts up to 30 days. It is separate from affiliate referral cookies and does not change referral credit.

We record the article, broad source category, visit time, and guide-button clicks. We do not store your IP address, full referring URL, search terms, name, or email in guide reporting. If you register, your internal account ID connects the guide visit to registration, Post It approval, and qualifying advertising purchases. Detailed records stay in private server storage and are retained for up to 400 days; reports show aggregates.

Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable new guide measurement. You can also opt out below. This does not delete an account or alter affiliate cookies. Previously recorded information is subject to the retention period.
