As an Advertising and Traffic Brokerage consultant, I've been noticing that my constituent marketing ecosystem is relative in the number of different microcosm components like Adboards versus Safelists versus Classifieds versus PBNs versus ETC., and I was struck by the lush fragmentation of it.
The thing that surprises me the most about being a practitioner within this (evergreen) niche, is how easy it is to create income if you can think on your feet to employ 'special' shortcuts that save a stitch in nine for time (or however the saying goes). I'm fond of locating, and pressing into service old, abandoned software that still works brilliantly and has features allowing it to be reverse-engineered into another use-case scenario. Case-in-point; next time you're at your fave freeware site, take a look around for browser-type software with a rolodex built in for login details with some sort of erstwhile semi-automation (think, like, Article Submitter apps) where you could nail down into an advertising capacity.
